Print MIS Software for Print Brokers
Print brokers manage every job through suppliers - sourcing prices, marking up costs, coordinating production, and delivering a seamless experience to the end client. The complexity is real: multiple suppliers quoting on the same job, proofs going back and forth, purchase orders to raise, delivery to coordinate, and an invoice to produce when it's done. Printlogic handles the full print broker workflow without requiring any machine setup or press configuration. There are no presses to configure - just the tools a broker actually needs, from the first supplier enquiry to the final invoice.
How print brokers use Printlogic
-
Step 1 - Outsource price requests
When a job comes in, print brokers send price requests to multiple suppliers directly from Printlogic. Suppliers respond, prices come back into the system, and the broker selects the winning rate. Markup, delivery charges, design fees, and any additional costs are added on top. The system produces a finished estimate for the end client.
-
Step 2 - Client estimate and order
The estimate goes to the client. When it's accepted, the broker converts it to a live order in one click. All pricing - the supplier cost and the client-facing price - carries through to the job record automatically.
-
Step 3 - Supplier purchase orders
A purchase order is raised for the winning supplier directly from the job. The PO references the job it belongs to. Supplier delivery is tracked against the PO. If a supplier is late, it shows up in the job timeline.
-
Step 4 - Proof coordination
Proofs from the supplier are sent to the end client through Printlogic. The client approves online. The approval is recorded against the job. The broker has a permanent record of what was approved and when.
-
Step 5 - Invoicing and white-label delivery
When the job is complete, the broker invoices the end client. The invoice reflects the client-facing price, not the supplier cost. Delivery dockets are white-labelled with the broker's branding - the end client sees the broker's name, not the supplier's. Web2Print portals for repeat clients are also white-labelled per client.
Outsource quote requests - send price requests to multiple suppliers simultaneously from within the job; compare responses and select the best rate before committing
Full job tracking without press configuration - track every outsourced job through production, proof, and delivery without setting up any machines or press rates
White-label delivery dockets - shipping labels and delivery dockets carry the broker's branding; the end client never sees the supplier's name
White-label Web2Print portals - repeat clients order through a branded portal that carries the broker's identity, not Printlogic's and not the supplier's
CRM with full history - every client's estimate history, job history, contact history, and outstanding invoices visible in one record
How it connects
Printlogic gives print brokers the same system a commercial printer uses - CRM, job management, purchasing, proof coordination, and invoicing - without the estimating infrastructure that only applies to businesses with their own production equipment. A print broker's margin lives in the gap between supplier cost and client price. Printlogic tracks both sides of that gap on every job, producing accurate profitability data per job and per client without any manual calculation.
